Terms & Conditons

  • All guests traveling domestically must possess a Valid Real ID, U.S. passport, or another TSA-accepted alternative to fly.

    Guests traveling internationally should ensure they have valid passports and any necessary visas for entry into the United States or their departure country.

  • By booking a spot for the Don’t Go Dry Wellness Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. All payments for the retreat, including deposits and installments, are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted.

    2. You authorize the use of your Debit/Credit card and/or PayPal account for payments.

    3. You will not initiate chargebacks, disputes, or reversals for any payments made.

    4. You have read, understood, and consent to the Terms & Conditions.

  • Due to contractual agreements with the selected resort and curated reservations, all retreat payments are non-refundable or transferable.

    While retreat payments for accomodations, resort services, and other in-house activities are non-refundable and non-transferable, some third-party excursions or transportation services may be eligible for partial refunds at the vendor’s discretion. Women of Advocacy will assist in facilitating any eligible refunds, but cannot guarantee them.

  • Women of Advocacy strongly recommends that all guests obtain travel insurance to cover flights, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. The selected resort does not offer travel insurance, and Women of Advocacy is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance. Guests are solely responsible for securing insurance.

  • Women of Advocacy works carefully with selected third-party vendors, including the resort, transportation providers, and excursion operators. While we select vendors with care, we do not control their services and are not liable for service failures or unforeseen issues.

    Any claims related to these services must be addressed directly with the vendor.

  • By participating in the Don’t Go Dry Wellness Retreat, you acknowledge the inherent risks of travel, including personal injury, illness, and unforseen events. You assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and belongings and release Women of Advocacy from liability for personal injury, loss, or damages.

  • As a faith-centered wellness experience, all guests are expected to respect the values and community guidelines of Women of Advocacy. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the retreat at the guest’s expense, with no refund.

  • Women of Advocacy cannot guarantee weather or other uncontrollable events. If an excursion or activity is canceled due to weather, safety, or government restrictions, no refunds will be provided. Alternative activities may be arranged when possible.

  • By joining Don’t Go Dry Wellness Retreat, you grant permission for photos or videos taken during the retreat to be used for Women of Advocacy marketing and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to arrival.

  • By completing your booking for the Don’t Go Dry Wellness Retreat 2026, you confirm that you:

    1. Understand that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    2. Agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions outlined above.

    3. Are responsible for securing travel insurance as needed.

    4. Consent to Women of Advocacy managing the retreat experience according to the curated itinerary.
